The amaryllis symbolises our work. The flower represents strength, resilience and determination, which are needed when tackling some of the challenges businesses face. It also represents success and achievement. For fifteen years I led organisations from the inside. For twenty more I have studied, taught and practised the science of how people and organisations interrelate and change. That experience is the source of everything I bring into the room: theory tested against the weight of real decisions, and leadership tested against the discipline of real research.

I am curious about how people relate to each other and the world they live in. That curiosity is not academic distance: I have stood where my clients stand, carried the accountability they carry, and felt the isolation that often comes with senior responsibility. That gives my work a biographical depth that theory alone cannot produce.
